Service Description

This Yoga Nidra Teacher Training is going to be delivered in Retreat at Wild Oasis, south of Portugal between 2 and 11 September 2023. The program includes all practices, manuals, accommodation, and meals. Teaching Yoga Nidra requires study, knowledge, structure, and commitment. Yoga Nidra is fast growing in popularity but there’s still a great amount of confusion and misunderstanding as to what exactly the practice is. We need to go deeper into understanding and experiencing Yoga Nidra to be able to have all the security and guidelines to be teaching it. We will get into the psychology and neuroscience that is intrinsic to Nidra's practice and discuss different usages, how to apply them, and how to hold or support different student experiences. As the course evolves into knowledge and experience the practices will go deeper into healing and towards finding your Life Purpose. There will be space for sharing practices, and how to integrate them into other yoga practices, and students will have the time to do trials of the structure step by step and discuss it, as well as delving into nature with appropriate accommodation and diet to rise. As it is an intensive practice of traveling between your subconscious and unconscious mind, we find out more effective to develop this training in nature. It is an amazing journey and in this Oasis we have the chance of embracing it with wild nidra, which will take us deeper into connection with ourselves and the collective. Birds will sing, the wind will blow and the sun will shine in synchronicity with our practices. I am here to support you and guide you through this amazing insight.
